The 3d printed Sea Urchin Indoor Pot Set is based on the ‘test’ or outer shell of the tiny, spiny echinoderms that live on our seabeds. Known in ancient times as Sea Hedgehogs, these unique creatures feature in many cultural myths and legends as symbols of wisdom and protection.

The Sea Urchin shell’s geometrically pleasing curves and patterns provide inspiration for our three-part planter set. The set is comprised of a pot with drainage hole, a removable planter insert with drainage hole, and a watertight plate with built-in pot elevation for drainage. 

The Sea Urchin Indoor Pot Set is available in three sizes (small, large, extra large) and a range of vibrant colour options. All TDR products are 3d printed with either eco-friendly PLA (commercially compostable) or PETG (commercially degradable).

Dimensions

Small: main pot is 109mm x109mm x 50mm H

Large: main pot is 163mm x 163mm x 75mm H

Extra Large: main pot is 196mm x 196mm x 90mm H

Note

PLA and PETG are not UV resistant.  Pot sets are suitable for moderate sun exposure during indoor use but are not intended to be used outdoors in full sun. Pot inserts allow plants to be removed from the main pot for additional outdoor exposure and watering.
